Cancellations & Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for cancellation and for a refund, you must reach to us within 48 hours prior to the manufacturing process of your order. if 48 hours has passed, we will be unable to issue a refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error through shipping.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dimensionwshop.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items within 48 hours after from when the order was placed. If you need to exchange it your order, send us an email at info@dimensionwshop.com and send your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Shipping 


All our International Shipments are through FedEx Express, a tracking number shall be emailed to you as soon as the item has been dispatch to FedEx for delivery.

To guarantee the delivery of your order, please write down your mobile/contact number within shipping address details before checking out.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
